Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship FOB Casablanca to any port in the world. CFR and CIF are available on destinations where we work with regular carriers.

What is the minimum order volume?

One 20' container for raw blocks (about 22 tonnes). For slabs and finished products, we accept orders from 2 pallets.

How do I get samples?

Fill out our contact form or message us on WhatsApp. We ship a free sample kit (various finishes) within 5 business days.

What customs documents do you provide?

Standard: commercial invoice, packing list, EUR-1 and Bill of Lading. On request: CE certificate, lab report, safety data sheet.

What are your production lead times?

7 to 10 days for in-stock products. 15 to 25 days for custom orders (slabs, finished products). Raw blocks are usually available within 5 to 7 days.

Do you offer pricing for regular volumes?

Yes. For buyers looking to source on an ongoing basis, we offer annual supply contracts with preferential pricing and logistics terms.
