Raw Blocks Black Atlas®
HS Code 2515.12 · FOB Casablanca · High Atlas, Morocco
Extracted with diamond wire from our High Atlas quarries, our raw blocks are selected at source according to strict criteria of compactness, colour homogeneity and freedom from cracks. Available in standard or custom formats.
In Numbers
Direct quarry production, no intermediaries.
Extraction Method
Diamond wire, for clean blocks.
Our blocks are extracted exclusively with diamond wire and hydraulic splitters. Unlike blasting, this method guarantees blocks free of internal microfractures — a decisive quality factor for sawing yield and the strength of the finished slabs.
Every block is numbered right at the quarry, weighed and photographed before loading. An identification certificate accompanies every shipment.
Selection is visual and tactile: compactness, black colour homogeneity, absence of weakness planes, regularity of sawn faces. Only blocks meeting all these criteria are accepted for export.

Three block categories, from standard to custom.
